Victory over Curses and Spells

Man was created with a connection to God and by that connection, He was also connected to the blessing. Prov 10:22.
Man was designed to live a fruitful and successful life by the empowerment of God’s blessing.
Sin came and disconnected man from God and from the blessing and exposed man to a life far from the blessing.
After man’s fall, God has been in the business of reconnecting man back to the blessing.
Just as the blessing was released by a pronouncement, the curse was also released by a pronouncement.
Just as the blessing powers successsful living, the curse had powered a life of struggle and defeat.

Man therefore has a two-fold existence:
1. There exists a record of people who began life in the blessing, but due to sin fell into the curse. e.g Adam and Eve.
2. There exists a record of people who began life in the curse, but by pursuing after God, rose above the curse and launched into the blessing. E.g. Noah, Enoch etc.
Genesis 22:16-17
The curse is not final, you can break out of any curse. Genesis 24:1, Numbers 22:10-12; 23:30, Number 23:20
The devil and his agents will attempt to release curses against the child of God, stay in the blessing and none will work.
Psalm 83:3, Daniel 5:12, Daniel 4:8, James 4:7

1. Divine Curses
2. Parental Curses. Ephesians 3:1-3
3. Curses from people in authority
4. Curses from anointed men of God. 2 Samuel 2:23-24
5. Curses from oppressed people. Job 31:15-23, Proverbs 22:23
6. Curses by agents of satan.
7. Inherited, unbroken curses.
8. Illegal curses: Ignorantly not resisted. Eccle 10:20, Prov 30:11
